What Netano1 is

Netano1 is an independent civic information service. It is not run by, or connected to, any government body, party or leader. For official complaints, use the relevant government grievance channel. Do not use Netano1 for emergencies.

Who can use it

Adults (18 and over) who live in the area they register for. One account per person. Give true information.

What you post

Post only true reports about real local problems. Do not post hate, abuse, threats, private details of other people, or anything unlawful.

You must have the right to share the photos you upload. You allow us to show your reports and photos publicly in the service.

We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Ratings

Rate from your own experience, once per leader per term. Do not coordinate with others to push a score up or down, and do not take or give anything in return for a rating.

Scores

Scores are calculated by the published formula from reports and resident ratings. They describe activity in an area. They are not a judgement of any person's character. Scores can contain mistakes. If you think something is wrong, use the complaint form.

Moderation

Our team may hide reports, merge duplicates, leave reports out of a score when they are outside a leader's remit, and suspend accounts. Every such action is logged, and exclusions from scores are shown publicly.

Limits of our responsibility

Netano1 is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Leader details come from official sources and can be out of date. Reports and ratings are views of residents, not statements by Netano1.

Law and disputes

[Governing law and place of dispute resolution: to be confirmed with legal advice before launch.]

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Continued use means you accept the update.
